Francesca brings three years of experience from working in the furniture industry, focusing on K-12 and six years in hospitality customer service. Through these roles, she has developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills. Working closely with clients in both sectors has taught her how to understand diverse needs, navigate challenges effectively, and deliver thoughtful solutions. When not at work, Francesca enjoys rollerblading, reading, watching movies, and exploring museums and antique shops.
