An ownership group of 6 doctors wished to house their different medical practices under a new roof. Open studio architecture helped identify the site in the Westover Hills area and designed their building to accommodate a diverse array of medical services. The 32,500 s.f. project features an ambulance port-cochere as well as architectural detailing to enhance its Hill Country aesthetic.

The building shell is constructed using engineered concrete panels and steel frame structure. The cost effective system allowed for a condensed completion schedule in order to meet the doctor’s leasing time tables.
