Deer Crest Amenities Center combines CMU and Steel Construction. The barrel roofs, rustic exposed steel, limestone cladding and perforated metal walls (providing ventilation) create a rustic modern look for the center. The program consists of an entry tower for controlled access, restrooms, maintenance/storage room, and a shaded lounge area by the pool.
