Amenity Center for a new residential development in Hockley, Texas - a NW Houston Suburb. The project included two pavilions, one with restrooms and maintenance storage. Both buildings have heavy timber trusses and an standing seam roof which covered open seating areas adjacent to the intricately landscaped playground and BBQ areas.
